To support the launch their Built-In Coffee System, Jenn-Air hosted a launch event for employees in the lobby of their corporate headquarters. With a theme centered around heightening the senses, employees were invited to get a “taste” of what the luxury brand had planned for its consumers. Hallway signage stimulated curiosity and gave a tease of what was coming along with banner ads on the corporate portal. An email invite prior to the event and a morning-of Desk Drop card insured that the event would remain fresh on employees’ minds. The lobby was transformed into an elegant reception with music, lighting, pastries, and, of course, coffee. Four working units were on hand to grind specialty beans from a local coffee-roasting company as the Jenn-Air brand team demonstrated the many features of the Coffee System by producing café-style esspressos, cappucinos, and lattes to sample.
